Privacy Policy

Growth Companion ("we", "our", "the Service") is operated by Aspiring Tech Pte Limited. This policy explains what data we access, why, and how it's handled. Growth Companion is under active development — this policy will be updated as the product evolves; see “Changes to this policy” below.

What we connect to

With your explicit authorization, Growth Companion connects to accounts you control on:

Google Play Developer API — app reviews, ratings, and Android vitals (crash/ANR rates) for apps you manage.
Google Ads API — campaign performance data (spend, conversions, keywords) for ad accounts you manage.
Google Analytics Data API (GA4) — aggregated usage/retention metrics for properties you manage.
Apple App Store Connect API — downloads, sales, subscriptions, and reviews for apps you manage (authorized via an API key you generate and provide, not OAuth).

We only request read access to the data needed to generate the analysis described below, and only for accounts you explicitly connect.

What we do with it

We use this data to compute derived metrics and trends (e.g., week-over-week retention change, cost-per-install by campaign) and to generate prioritized, AI-assisted findings and recommendations about your app's performance, displayed to you in the Growth Companion dashboard and, if you opt in, sent to you in a periodic email report.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your connected account data to train third-party AI models beyond the single reasoning call needed to generate your report (see “AI processing” below).

AI processing

Computed metrics (not raw API responses) are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the written findings and recommendations you see in your dashboard. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted via the API is not used to train Anthropic's models.

Data retention

Raw data pulled from connected accounts is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service — primarily to compute period-over-period comparisons (e.g., week-over-week or month-over-month trends) — after which it is deleted or aggregated. The exact retention window is being finalized as the product is built; this policy will be updated with a specific figure before general availability.
You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access and stops further data collection from that source.
You can request full account deletion, which removes your data per our data deletion process (see “Your rights” below).

Data storage and security

Connected-account credentials (OAuth refresh tokens, API keys) are stored encrypted using Google Cloud Secret Manager and are never stored in plaintext or included in logs. Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database with access restricted to the service account(s) that need it.

Third parties we share data with

Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — infrastructure hosting.
Anthropic — AI processing of computed metrics, as described above.
Stripe — payment processing (billing data only; does not touch connected-account data).
A transactional email provider — delivery of report emails.

We do not share your connected-account data with any other third party.

Your rights

You may:

Disconnect any connected account at any time from the dashboard.
Request an export of your data.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.

Changes to this policy
