Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Growth Companion ("the Service"), operated by Aspiring Tech Pte Limited. By connecting an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Growth Companion connects to app-store, advertising, and analytics accounts you authorize and generates AI-assisted analysis and recommendations about your app's performance. It does not modify your connected accounts, publish content, or spend advertising budget on your behalf unless you explicitly approve a specific action (see “Fix it” features, when available).

Accounts and subscriptions

• Plans: Free, Indie, Growth, Pro — see the pricing section for current features and limits.
• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to connect any account you authorize (i.e., you are the developer/owner or have authorization to access that Google Play, App Store Connect, Google Ads, or GA4 account).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you choose to publish based on our recommendations (e.g., store listing copy, ad copy, review replies) — we do not publish on your behalf without your explicit action.

AI-generated content

Findings, recommendations, and any drafted content (store copy, ad copy, review replies) are AI-generated and provided for your review. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and you are responsible for reviewing before acting on or publishing them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspiring Tech Pte Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including business decisions made based on its findings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

Governing law

Fiji (the jurisdiction of the operating entity, Aspiring Tech Pte Limited).
